Vicki Cleary

Chief Operating Officer Vicki Cleary understands that highly complex medical procedures such as Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) demand a sophisticated management infrastructure. Vicki’s past experience in the areas of executive level leadership, strategic planning, operations, healthcare services, market expansion and sales provide the foundation that supports New England Fertility Institute’s vision to be the Center of Excellence in the field of Assisted Reproductive Medicine.

Previously, Vicki was employed for 11 years at Oxford Health Plans/United Healthcare as the executive lead in the areas of provider engagement, medical affairs and operations.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She is a past graduate of the SACIA Leadership program in Stamford, CT and has volunteered with the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. She is a current member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
