Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

A common condition affecting young women in the reproductive age group. PCOS is the most common cause of ovulatory infertility, weight gain, excessive hair growth and abnormality in sugar metabolism.

Over the past decade our understanding of this condition has improved. Whereas it was considered to be primarily an ovarian disorder we now know that the lack of ovulation is a mere manifestation of a more serious metabolic disease. NEFI’s unique team approach addresses the medical, reproductive and aesthetic needs of the PCOS patient.

We have developed a PCOS Center which provides a team of specialists in endocrinology, nutrition, exercise, and aesthetics in addition to psychological support.
