Donor Qualifications |

We accept women of all nationalities and ethnic backgrounds
In order to be eligible to donate your eggs you will need to meet certain criteria. You may apply if:
- You are between the ages of 21-31
- You are a non-smoker and do not use illegal drugs
- You have a high school diploma or higher
- You do not have a family history of alcoholism
- You have not tested positive for HIV-AIDS
Please Note
- Your participation in the program will be kept completely
confidential
- We will need a copy of your drivers license, social security card or
passport
- We ask that you send us a photograph (for our staff use only) with
your application

Screening
Please complete the brief egg donor questionnaire and return it to our egg donor coordinators. They will call you and set up the screening process. The screening involves:
- Information session
- Physical Exam
- Psychological Evaluation
- Genetic Evaluation
- Blood Tests & Cultures
