• We will need a copy of your drivers license, social security
   card or passport
• We ask that you send us a photograph (for our staff use
   only) with your application

Couples who struggle with infertility on occasion require eggs from another woman in order to achieve a pregnancy.

Premature ovarian failure, ovarian surgery or chemotherapy and radiation can lead to the irreplaceable loss of eggs. The affected couples are desperate to have a child and you can help by donating your eggs.

Our egg donor team conducts the screening of the applicants and is in charge of matching donors and recipients.
