Emanuela Molinari, PhD, HCLD, ELD
Emanuela Molinari is our lab director. She performs state-of-the-art techniques such as intracytoplasmatic sperm injection (ICSI), assisted hatching, pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidies and monogenic diseases (PGT-A and PGT-M) and cryopreservation.
Before joining NEF, Emanuela was an associate research scientist at Yale University, conducting research projects aimed at identifying molecular markers of egg and embryo aging. Since she started her career as an embryologist in 2006, she was involved in several research projects and clinical trials aimed at improving the pregnancy rates in patients undergoing IVF. She was instrumental to achieve the first pregnancy in Italy after transplantation of frozen-thawed ovarian tissue in a patient that had previously undergone clinical chemotherapy.
Emanuela received her Master’s Degree in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Torino, Italy, in 2007 and graduated from the same institution with a PhD in clinical sciences in 2012. Her strong research background and interest helping patients have been instrumental to develop a team of motivated and knowledgeable embryologists that make NEF a center of excellence.

Franci Sheehan, APRN, MS
Nurse Practitioner and Lead Clinician
Franci Sheehan, RNC, MS, is involved in various aspects of diagnosis and treatment at New England Fertility. A long-time nurse practitioner in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, she also serves on the faculty of Yale University and is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Franci holds a Master’s degree in Maternal and Child Health from Boston College and Harvard Medical School, and is certified in both Women’s Health and Reproductive Endocrinology.

Grace Stocco, RN, BN, MSN, FNP-C
Graziella (Grace) Stocco, RN, BN, MSN, FNP-C, brings more than 22 years of nursing experience in obstetrics and gynecology to New England Fertility. She works closely with patients, helping them understand each step of the fertility treatment process. An expert in infertility treatment, Grace received her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree in Australia, and her Master’s degree in Nursing at Northwestern State University of Louisiana.
My patients are my priority. Working with them is the best part of my day.”
Linda started out in Physical Therapy, Orthotics and Prosthetics, with special focus throughout the healthcare industry. She has been in Healthcare Management for the last 5 years and has spent a large portion of her management focusing on Revenue Cycle and Organizational Behavior management. Linda completed her MBA in Healthcare Management in 2016 at Long Island University and has a Bachelors from Mercy College with a degree in Health Sciences.
